Innovative incitement.

Or finding new ideas, new methods to bring about and motivate the psyche to positive change. This is the aim of every therapist/councillor and with hypnotherapy we strive to achieve this very task.
Changing our thought patterns to accommodate the change needed to function in the way each and every one of us is designed to do. We all go on about the teachings of formative years, well these are the building blocks to the person we are. Our behaviour, our interactions with others, our fears hopes and aspirations all governed by these very teachings. That word aspiration, or desires for self, well this is where things like anxiety and stress, fears in general come into play. what are those things that hold us back from functioning and attaining our goals and dreams.
Most of us have been told throughout our lives that we mustn't do this, mustn't do that. Don't say this or that. We didn't do this or that very well. In fact our whole being is drilled into conforming to others wishes and beliefs.
Through all of this, our real self, our real personality is screaming to break free of its shackles. To stand at the top of the hill and howl at the moon, I'm free of my fetters, I will succeed, to achieve that which i desire, gathering self esteem and confidence.
Innovative thinking is the life and soul of hypnotherapy. We are always exploring new ideas and methods to incite and motivate the psyche, working on ways to help release the symptoms that hold us back.
Breaking new ground is, of course Symbio- dynamics ™ created by Terence Watts, which i have had exciting results with. It works with the major three inner processes of the psyche. That and Warriors, settlers and nomads, also by Terence Watts is innovative in its methodology of working with the outer persona. Both bring about profound and lasting change.
Freudian methods of analysis are incorporated in our work of course, ideally suited for many symptoms such as panic attacks, some weight loss, some sexual problems, abuse and behavioural problems to name a few. but that's getting away a bit from the subject at hand, 'Innovative incitement'.
In my practice I like to work closely with each client dealing with aspiration and desire aims and goals, helping to over come whatever it is holding them back from achieving them. Building confidence and teaching how to function in those situations which previously may have caused anxiety or stress. This, is where hypnotherapy excels.
The processes of the mind are, as I said before, like building blocks. Sometimes, through no fault of our own, they are not arranged in a way conducive for us to function as we wish to. With some innovative incitement and balancing of those blocks we can learn to be the real us, happily functioning to our full potential.
